A domain is included in every monthly plan: up to $25/year, registered in your name and paid by Kai Labs. Want a pricier domain? You pay the difference, agreed first. Already own one? We connect it, and if you let us manage it (it stays in your name), renewals up to $25/year are covered. If you cancel, we help you move it, and renewals are yours after that.

Business email setup is included free. The email service itself is paid by you to your provider (Google Workspace runs about $7 to $8.40 per user per month, or use a free option). It is never billed through Kai Labs.

Calls and texting are included under fair use: up to 1,000 texts and 500 call minutes a month, with AI call minutes counted in those 500. Usage above that is billed at cost. Also covered on every monthly plan: a toll-free number if you don't have an EIN, carrier fees and re-vetting, moving your phone number in or out, stock photos, and restarting after you cancel (no fee; the first month is paid before work restarts). Paid by you directly to the provider, never through Kai Labs: ad spend, your business email service, and subscriptions to third-party tools (we connect them within the included 1 hour a month). Logo design is not included; we quote it as a Tune-Up, from $249.

No. Ad spend is paid by you directly to the ad platform, and running ads is a separate service. Your plan covers the systems that respond to and follow up on every lead, wherever it comes from.
