What we collect

• What you type into our forms. Your name, phone number, email, business name, website, city, and whatever you tell us about your business or the problem you want solved. This covers the contact form, the Tune-Up request, the free business audit, and onboarding.
• Quiz and audit answers. Your answers to the fit quiz and the free business audit. The audit also runs automated checks on your public website and your public Google Business Profile.
• Basic analytics. Page views, the page that sent you here, device type, and country, counted with Plausible. Plausible doesn't use cookies and doesn't identify you personally.
• Bookings and payments. When you book a call, the scheduling tool collects your name, email, and the time you picked. When you pay for a plan, a payment provider handles your card. We don't receive or store your full card number.

How we use it

• To respond to you: answer a question, send your audit results, quote a Tune-Up, or follow up on a call you booked.
• To deliver the services you sign up for, including building and running your systems.
• To send you the messages you asked for, by text or email.
• To see which pages get used, so we can improve the site.

Text messages (SMS)

When you give us your phone number on one of our forms and submit it, you agree to receive text messages from Kai Labs about your request. That can include replies to your question, your quote, appointment reminders, and follow-up on work you've asked for.

• Message frequency varies with what you've asked for.
• Msg & data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and plan.
• Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You'll get one message confirming it, and then no more.
• Reply HELP for help, or email contact@kailabsai.com.
• Agreeing to texts is not a condition of buying anything.
• We don't share your phone number or your text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.

Who we share it with

We use outside services to run the business: website hosting, form handling and customer records, email, text messaging, scheduling, payments, and analytics. They get the information they need to do that job for us, and nothing more.

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't rent it or trade it.

We may share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.

How long we keep it

We keep your information as long as we need it to respond to you, provide services, and keep the business records the law asks us to keep. When we no longer need it, we delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we have about you, correct it, or delete it. Email contact@kailabsai.com and we'll take care of it. To stop texts, reply STOP. To stop emails, use the unsubscribe link in the email or write to us.

Children

This site is for business owners. It isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this page

If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
